Campaign Update April 19, 2017: Dr. Sania Nishtar

Dear friends

It's been another great week meeting with political leaders, patients, health workers, academics and civil society representatives. I've been really listening to the challenges in health, and development more broadly, at local, national and international levels and learning about what's working and what needs to change at the World Health Organization to ensure that it's fit for purpose.

As we approach the last month of campaigning, I've been further humbled by the breadth and depth of support I'm receiving around the world. Together, I know we can accelerate reforms and build a World Health Organization that's ready to tackle the changing health challenges of the world.

Warm regards,
